Men’s 1500M Ben Allen delivered a gutsy performance in the 1500m at the USATF Indoor Championships, widely regarded as one of the fastest fields ever assembled for the event. Sitting at the back of the pack entering the bell, Ben unleashed a blistering 26.86 final lap to surge from last place to 9th overall.

Men’s 800M In Heat 1, Hazem Miawad ran 1:46.74 to place second in the 800m, while Zalen Nelson followed with a new indoor personal best of 1:47.75.

In Heat 2, Colin Kelly won in 1:51.88 in his first race back in some time. Jon Diaz improved on his season best, running 1:53.56 to finish second in the heat.

Women’s 800M Lena Lebrun won the women’s 800m in 2:12.86 with a commanding, solo front-running performance, improving on her season best.

Men’s 1000M Ben Allen ran a world No. 3 time and won the men’s 1000m with a new personal best of 2:16.36. Eric Holt finished close behind, clocking an impressive 2:17.85 for a U.S. No. 5 performance.

Women’s Mile Lena Lebrun finished 2nd overall in 4:55.14, while Meggie Gracia Sullivan placed 5th with a time of 5:05.51, kicking off the week on a strong note for Empire Elite.

Friday, February 13, 2026 (BU Valentine Invitational)

Men’s Mile Ben Allen delivered a standout performance in the Men’s Invite Mile, dropping a personal best of 3:52.08 to place 3rd overall. Eric Holt followed with a strong 3:55.62 effort, finishing 18th and rounding out a competitive showing for Empire Elite in the invitational section.

In the Open Mile, Dylan Wilbur narrowly missed his personal best, clocking 4:04.56 — a significant improvement from his previous season best of 4:09.01.

Saturday, February 14, 2026 (Armory NYU DIII Invitational)

Men’s 800M After racing the 800m at BU less than 24 hours earlier, Will Cuthbertson and Zalen Nelson returned to the track on Saturday for the Men’s 800m at the Armory.

Will captured the win in 1:47.06, while Zalen followed with a strong 1:48.78 to close out the field and cap off a demanding back-to-back weekend.

Men’s 800M Empire Elite swept the men’s 800m, led by Will Cuthbertson’s winning time of 1:49.23. Zalen Nelson followed closely in second at 1:49.31, with Dylan Wilbur completing the sweep in third, clocking 1:50.87.

Men’s Mile Empire Elite went one-two in the Mile, with Ben Allen breaking the Ocean Breeze facility record in 3:53.40, followed closely by Eric Holt in 3:53.70.

Saturday, February 7, 2026 (Sykes & Sabock Challenge Penn State)

Men’s 800M Hazem Miawad placed sixth overall in 1:47.43, marking his second-fastest performance of the season. He remains in pursuit of the World Championship qualifying standard of 1:45.90, just 0.72 seconds off his recent result in Boston.

2026 Milrose Games & John Thomas Terrier Classic

Saturday, January 31, 2026 (John Thomas Terrier Classic) Men’s 800M Invite Hazem Miawad broke the Egyptian Indoor National Record, clocking an indoor personal best of 1:46.62. Close behind, Eric Holt also set an indoor 800m personal best, finishing in 1:46.84. In the second invitational heat, Zalen Nelson ran a gutsy race, front-running for nearly 90% of the event and breaking his indoor personal best with a time of 1:48.06.

Men’s 800M Open Dylan Wilbur placed sixth overall, running 1:51.01 in a highly tactical race.

Sunday, February 1, 2026 (Milrose Games) Men’s 600M Pro Will Cuthbertson makes his Milrose debut, placing 6th overall.

Men’s 2Mile Pro Ben Allen executed a perfect pace in the men’s two-mile, ensuring the field stayed connected. He covered the first 2K in a comfortable 5:08.89, showcasing his strong fitness.

Men’s 800M Pro The day after breaking the Egyptian National Record in Boston, Hazem Miawad drove back to New York to pace the men’s 800m, successfully guiding the field through 400m in 50.86 and setting the stage for Colin Sahlman to break the collegiate 800m record.

Day 1 Men’s 800M Invitational Zalen Nelson took the win with a solo front-running performance, crossing the line in 1:49.53. Jon Diaz finished 18th overall.

Day 2 Men’s 800M Pro-Elite Will Cuthbertson placed 3rd overall with a 1:47.86 performance, earning his ticket to compete at the Millrose Games on February 1, 2026. Hazem Miawad finished 5th, running 1:48.76.

Men’s Mile Pro-Elite Eric Holt placed 6th overall in 3:55.99, a mark that currently ranks as the 14th fastest mile in the world.

Men’s Mile Invitational Dylan Wilbur placed 18th overall with a 4:09.01 performance.

Woman’s Mile Invitational Lena Lebrun placed 23rd overall with a 4:53.57 performance.

2026 NYC Gotham Cup Friday, January 16,2026

Men’s 1000M Will Cuthbertson won the men’s 1,000 meters in 2:21.93. Close behind, Zalen Nelson set a new Trinidad and Tobago national record, finishing second in 2:22.23. Jon Diaz placed sixth, breaking the Salvadoran national record with a time of 2:27.47.

Women’s 3k Lena Lebrun placed second in the women’s 3,000 meters with a time of 10:01.58, while Meggie Sullivan returned to the track after five years, finishing in 10:27.98.

2026 Houston Half Marathon Sunday, January 11,2026

Robert Guidicipietro ran 1:06:26 for 13.1 miles, finishing as the 41st fastest American. The performance marks his third-fastest half marathon and indicates strong form heading into his upcoming marathon at the McKirdy Micro Race Series: MicrOTQ on March 29, 2026.
